RedHat9.0安装Oracle 9i (9.2.0.4.0)出现的问题

不知道怎么，我安装时出现像图片这样的问题。还有我启动oracle安装程序时是这样的：

谢谢Celinde哦。除了这种方法有没有别的办法，不用改成英文也可以的呢？
还有怎么改成英文呢？我改了几次都依然是中文。。。。

java的中文支持一直是个问题，不是说不能支持，只是设置起来太麻烦...
