pcscd 是什么进程？

我笔记本装的是Fedora 8桌面版，每次系统启动后就有这个进程，而且用TOP 命令查看，CPU 利用率是将近%80-90；
   
可以用 kill    -9   ID    杀这个进程。。。。。
