RunLevel 3 下为什么用root 用户进不去呢？

关于RunLevel 运行级别的问题
我使用的是Oracle EnterPrise Linux R5 u2 这版 请问为什么我从 RunLevel 5 级
用命令 :
#init 3
降到 3 级
级别是从5级的图形降到了3级字符，可是在login: 输入root  再输入passwd 确进不去了！？？？

请高手指点？ 需要修改那些地方呢？

不应该，如果你图形能进的话，字符不该有问题，再试试

真是不行的！ 降到 3 只能 在远程用 ssh联进去 在kvm 上登录本机 无法登录 输入root 再输入密码 还是 login:  
帮帮我吧？：（

重启试试，用root登陆看看

一般登录这边的问题，和pam都有关系。跑个rpm -V pam去看是否有pam文件被改动。

我试过了！ 还是进不去 哎。。。。

注意这个文件，如果你装一台全新的同版本的机器，对比这两个文件有什么不同？
可以考虑把他改过来试试。

另外这几个文件也需要注意一下：
