proftpd 速度不稳定

刚装好没有多久的，好像早几天还挺好的，用PORT模式。
现在开通了PASV，开放了50000～50005给PASV专用，结果发现proftpd的速度一直不稳定：

80k ~ 60 ~ 40 ~ 20 ~ 0 一路下降到零
然后又慢慢上升， 0 ～ 20 ～ 40 ～ 60 ～ 80，再重复这样的怪圈……

还时不时的断开连接，自动重连！

请高手指点。
