DNS问题

我在RHEL4上安装DNS服务，不是用RPM包装的，是编译安装的，安装后没出现什么问题。
在主配置文件是这样的：


      options {directory "/var/named";
};
zone "." {
    type hint;
    file "named.ca";
};

zone "localhost" {
    type master;
    file "named.local";
}


# Use with the following in named.conf, adjusting the allow list as needed:
key "rndc-key" {
        algorithm hmac-md5;
        secret "FrFbW5on+OrAltckGMguXQ==";
};

controls {
        inet 127.0.0.1 port 953
                allow { 127.0.0.1; } keys { "rndc-key"; };
};
# End of named.conf

为什么我用rncd reload命令重加载配置文件时回出现这种情况：

rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused

请帮忙分析一下，谢谢！该如何解决呢。

我用named-checkconf检查了配置文件是否有错误，结果显示：
/etc/named.conf:18: missing ';' before 'key'
然后我在18行“key"前加上";"后，再次执行rndc reload,结果有显示：

rndc: connection to remote host closed
This may indicate that
* the remote server is using an older version of the command protocol,
* this host is not authorized to connect,
* the clocks are not syncronized, or
* the key is invalid.
我就纳闷了，请指点迷津。
