3306端口已被占用，查一下是否有程序占用，或已启了一个mysql

是启动了一个mysqld占用了3306
mysql我打算重新安装一次，原来的安装文件已经删除/usr/local/mysql 和linux9自带mysql也删除，但是我不知道怎样彻底删除这个服务（ntsysv里面那个也没启动），而且kill 4924这个进程杀不掉，请告诉我这个服务怎么卸载，空出３３０６，
