失败恢复伴侣状态声明语句
    对失败恢复伴侣状态的管理也记录在租约文件中，使用failover peer 语句：

       failover peer name state {
       my state state at date;
       peer state state at date;
       }

    指定名字的伴侣状态在此记录。本服务器的运行状态和伴侣的运行状态都被记录。以下是可能的状态：unknown-state（未知状态），partner-down（伴侣失效），normal（正常），communications-interrupted（通讯中断），resolution-interrupted（解析中断），potential-conflict（潜在冲突），recover（恢复中），recover-done（恢复完成），shutdown（关机），paused（暂停），和startup（启动中）。
