紧急求助,多个设备文件(sda/sdb/sdb..)均指向同一个SCSI阵列 [复制链接]

我的机器为IBM e series 235,启动ubuntu linux 后发现有多个设备文件sda - sdk 均指向同一个阵列(mount后文件一样),不知哪位高手知道怎么回事,肯请多加指点。

你的阵列上有多少个硬盘?根据dmesg的信息,几个sd的model和rev号都不是一样,应该不是同一硬盘的

我第一个raid 2块
第二个raid 6块 (其中1 hotspare)

但昨天我在第一个raid上插了一个硬盘,未做任何配置,在查看 raid信息中显示状态为ready
后来拔下硬盘后问题解决。

我猜想,出错时,由于第一个raid中插入第三块硬盘,导致linux认为

sda 整个raid
sdb 第一块硬盘
sdc 第二块硬盘
sdd 第三块硬盘

sde 为第二个raid
sdf
sdg
sdh 等均为第二个raid 中的硬盘

不知对否。

我错插了一个18.2G的硬盘导致费了半天的时间。(其它均为36.4G)

另外问一下,不同大小的硬盘是否不能直接做raid?如果不能,那么在一个盘柜中,可以根据硬盘容量做成不成的raid? 如 2个36.4做raid0, 2个18.2做raid1?

还有,IBM的raid如何设置?我 Ctrl + I 进入后没找到设置选项,只能查看信息和进行BIOS设置?

今天又发现上述问题,看来不是我装错硬盘的事,可能还是IBM的问题。
