检查一下TSM中磁带几状态是否为YES，还有就是TSM的环境变量。

磁带没问题，unix client可以备份，只是TDPO不可以（是lib库联结出的错，但不知错在那里）

用tdpoconf password改变口令

tdpoconf show确认 tdpo的配置正确与否？

还有注意与tdpo有关的环境变量（/.profile）
