ORA-01031: insufficient privileges?帮帮忙，很急！

os:win2000,oracle8.17
由于操作了一下两个步骤，数据库就启不来了
1.shutdown
2.C:\>;oradim -delete -sid servername
   C:\>;oradim -NEW -SID servername -INTPWD pass -maxuserS 5

然后我启动就报错了
C:\>;svrmgrl

但这样INTERNAL的密码没有改变，那需要如何处理才能修改呢?

你修改sys口令时，internal的口令会跟着改的。

但我改变SYS的密码，INTERNAL却没有改变

连接成功。
SVRMGR>; alter user sys identified by liao;
语句已处理。
SVRMGR>; shutdown immediate
已关闭数据库。
已卸下数据库。
已关闭 ORACLE 实例。
SVRMGR>; startup
已启动 ORACLE 实例。
系统全局区域合计有                         69240860个字节

Variable Size                                    46460928个字节
Database Buffers                                 22626304个字节
Redo Buffers                                        77824个字节
已装入数据库。
