The problems occur while installing DB2 under Redhat 7

DB2 version : 7.1
RedHat version : 7.2

I have installed some required library, such as libstdc-2.95* and ncourse4*.
when i run the command ...>;./db2setup

the error comes: Internal error : DBI1502e

in the first successful db2 installation on linux, the install program asked me to install ksh. and it worked.

from then on, it never asked me to install ksh. sometimes it worked, sometimes it gave me such error.

is it required?

anyway, i need more help about this issue.
