ADSL没有ppp0，怎么办啊？

安装了ppp 2.4.1 (./configure;make;make install)，然后安装了pppoe 3.5(./configure;make;make install;adsl-setup)，激活ppp0（/sbin/ifup ppp0），却发现错误提示：usage: ifup <device name>;
，似乎是没有ppp0。内核是前任网管重新编译过的，看readme，没有收获，请教各位仁兄，是何原因阿？？？

你ADSL-SETUP的时候指定网卡了吗？

两个网卡，在adsl-setup的时候指定了eth0，在屡次尝试失败后，发现ifcfg-eth0的"DEVICE=ppp0"，随后将ifcfg-eth0 试着改为ifcfg-ppp0也未果。

ifcfg-eth0的DEVICE应该是eth0,不是PPP0。
你/etc/sysconfignetwork-scripts下面没有ifcfg-ppp0吗？那我怀疑你的PPP没有装上去。

我现在也觉得是ppp没有装上去，正在找相关软件，上次是下载的ppp-2.4.1.tar.gz，也没有提示错误，这次下载ppp-2.4.1-15.i386.rpm，运行rpm -ivh ppp-2.4.1-15.i386.rpm，出现错误提示：

请问，还应该做些什么？
