安装的时候显卡，监视器，怎么设置的。
（装Redhat时默认的设置就可以启动X）

root 下按vmware 帮助装vmtool ，
     root 下命令setup，进入配置菜单，
   显示器无所谓，只是不要超出真实显示器的刷新率。
   显卡这的设置分辨率有讲究，和真实的一样，不能超过，不要选自动，
   然后点击测试，通过后，保存退出。就该ok
