求助！！linux下oracle，webserver问题！

Hi

I have a server Redhat 8.0 with Oracle 9i (9.0.2) installed.
At first the Apache webserver startup right but after some reboots, Apache would start, not as user oracle or as root.

[oracle@myserver bin]$ ./apachectl start
./apachectl start: httpd could not be started
[oracle@myserver bin]$ ./httpd start
Ouch! ap_mm_create(1048576, "/tmp/apache/logs/mm.1099" failed
Error: MM: mm:core: failed to open memory file (No such file or directory): OS: No such file or directory
[oracle@myserver bin]$


What is wrong?
