DL360 G2服务器安装RedHat Linux 7.3在mount光驱时死机的问题

问题描述

安装了Redhat Linux 7.3操作系统的DL360 G2服务器，在试图mount光驱时出现如下报错：

    ServerWorks OSB4 in impossible state. Disable UDMA or if you are using Seagate then try switching disk types on this controller.

然后系统被锁死，只能通过电源开关手工重启服务器。

问题分析

DL360 G2服务器上的IDE光驱不能使用DMA传输方式，需要用PIO方式来工作。

解决办法

要禁用IDE控制器，需要手工修改内核参数，在/etc/grub.conf或者/etc/lilo.conf文件中添加“ide=nodma”参数，下面Red Hat Linux 7.2中grub.conf文件被修改的部分的例子：
