Job description
1.Accountable for department's business results, including meeting client satisfaction, productivity and other business measurements and objectives.
- Provide competitive, efficient and high quality service through best practice, standardization and automation
- Manage overall day-to-day delivery of ongoing activities. Ensures consistent delivery to clients.
- Lead delivery team to achieve and exceed quality targets. Monitor and guide delivery of services as per SLA.
- Manage and mitigate delivery operation risks
- Ensure effective Crit-Sit management, escalation and resolution
2. Competency Leadership and People Management
- Hire the right people (with right attitude, skills, experience) at right costs
- Ensure that we have the right people at the right time to meet client's needs
- Equip employees with skills and knowledge to deliver quality services to clients. Make the right investment in training and certification
- Provide technical and process guidance to teams where required.
- Make sure the team is motivated. Foster communications to staff and ensure key messages are delivered in a timely and consistent manner.
- Identify, develop and grow leadership talent
3.Control, Discipline and Integrity
- Protect clients' business through a strong control posture and operational discipline
- Protect IBM brand by maintaining “Satisfactory” control posture and deliver with integrity
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in IT industry
• At least 3 years experience in team leader or management
• English: Intermediate
• Japanese: Fluent
• Chinese simplified: Fluent
Additional information

- Technical organization management experiences with team size of at least 15 people
- Business savvy in a matrix organization with different reporting channels
- High level project management skills
- Proven experience in serving culturally and geographically diverse clients
- Focus on quality and unwavering attention to detail
- University and higher qualification with 8 years+ works experience in IT industry, 3 years in IT security management area.
- Multitasking and able to manage many activities in parallel
- More than 3 year of team leader or management experience |
