职责：
1.        Mentors, coaches and supports Improvement Teams (Sponsors, Team Leaders, and Belts) to ensure successful completion of their projects achieving defined goals with in the expected time frames
2.        Establishes strong coaching relationships with trained Belts, and provides guidance to Project Sponsors and Team Leaders
3.        Mentors trained Belts through the certification process by providing technical guidance and support with project reviews.
4.        Participates in belt selection and development of training plans, including pre-requisite training requirements (e.g. leadership skills)
5.        Works to develop Performance Excellence Improvement proficiency for the entire organization by conducting training sessions to include Green and Yellow Belt training, Team training, Sponsor training, and general Performance Excellence awareness training.  
6.        Leads critical improvement projects to drive results in our business processes.
7.        Acts as a Change Agent by being a visible, motivated advocate for Performance Excellence
8.        Seeks out and transfers new and advanced improvement technologies, methods, procedures, and tools
9.        Participates in the selection and management of the Improvement project portfolio, including the use of the New SRA and Reporting.]
10.        Collaborates with plant leadership to promote culture of continuous improvement via training, communications, newsletters, review meetings, recognition, and employee activities.
11.        Facilitates on identification and deployment of cost reduction or improvement opportunities.

要求：
1.        Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing plant on engineering, manufacturing, or quality, with minimum 5 years in BB or PEx or LEAN.
2.        Familiar with DMAIC, SPC and DOE tools
3.        Proven skills on project management (timing and cost driven)
4.        Proven skills on presentation, facilitation and coaching/mentoring
5.        Work independently by him / herself and also work well within team group
6.        Creative and with strong continuous improvement work characteristic
7.        Familiar with excel, power point, and statistic program (Minitab, JMP, etc)
8.        Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English.
