请教如何利用好索引加快查询速度

语句如下：

    给他们创建一个联合索引试试
    参考sql优化

    使用联合索引之后，rows exam的行数看起来减少很多，但是实际上执行花的时间更多

    我看执行计划里是用到索引的，一般between and都是会用到索引的，是不是由于order by引起的，可以去掉测试一下，我也只是猜测，确定哪的问题就好优化了
