公司在上海，云计算 START－UP 型的，主要作 IAAS ，公司发展的很快，项目和投资也不少，
对于有心思进创业型公司的同鞋来说，机会满不错的，
内部推荐的职位，storage team，要 senior 的，大概3个名额，看看这里能不能找到合适的。
JDs 里写的要求满多的，看上去像是在找神人，但是其实只要有 分布式文件系统或者SAN 的经验就行了。
工作氛围也不错，公司里的同事有从 cisco ，marvell, 阿朗 ，腾讯，一些证券开发部等之类 公司来的，
待遇满不错的，当然给你offer 的话，具体待遇会参考你本来的待遇， 30多万也是能开到的。

1. Senior  Software Engineer(Distributed Filesystem)  

Product line:

1.A home-made IaaS product line, based on various of hardware & network vitalization technology
2.Such a job will focus  on distributed / parallel computing and  large scale of networking environment
3.The ideal candidate will have experience in file and/or storage system

Responsibilities:

1.The distributed file system design,implementation,bug fix;
2.The distributed storage system performance analysis and profiling;
3.Provide mentor-ship to junior engineers;


Requirements:

1.Experience with Linux C/C++,STL,Boost(C++),Shell(bash,perl,python,etc);
2.Mainly experience in distributed file system design or implementation experience,for example:ceph,GFS,MooseFS,Hadoop,sheepdog,openAFS,Lustre,etc;
3.Experience in Linux file system(btrfs,zfs,etc) and/or storage system(Cache,Raid,LVM,Scsi,SATA,SAS,SSD,etc);
4.Experience in Linux device driver development(network device,block device,etc)  ;
5.Multithreaded programming,network programming(Socket,TCP/IP,or similar) experiences ;
6.Experience in performance analysis and tuning (Distributed Cache,File Cache,Memory Cache,SSD Cache,etc),
    for example:Redis,Tokyo Cabinet,HBase,Memcached,Cachefiles,Bcache,etc ;
7.BSCS/BSEE (5+ years)or equivalent experience (MSCS/MSEE(3+ years) );
8.Acceptable oral/written English communication skill.

Additional requirements:

1.Good understanding in KVM is a plus;
2.QEMU experience is also a plus;
3.Database system development is a plus;
4.Social, interpersonal communication skill;
5.Experience in project management will be a plus as well.



2.Senior Storage  Engineer（SAN）

Product line:

1.A home-made IaaS product line, based on various of hardware & network vitalization technology
2.Such a job will focus  on distributed / parallel computing and  large scale of networking environment
3.The ideal candidate will have experience in file and/or storage system


Responsibilities:
1. Develop bug fix and test for IaaS storage system
2. Performance tuning
3. Develop IP-SAN system for IaaS workload where the server & IO virtualization are heavily focused
4. Develop Multipath- IO- link enabled virtual server system
5. Provide mentorship to junior engineers


Requirements:
1.Experience with Linux C/C++,STL,Boost(C++),Shell(bash,perl,python,etc);
2.Mainly experience in SAN storage  system development,SAN system design, implementation, and management ,resource share ,etc;
3.Experience in installing, configuring, analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting  storage systems, and related technology,
4.Hand-on experience at least 1 of bellow areas: SCSI/SAS/FC/FCP/FCoE/NFS/CIFS/RAID/snapshot/ I/O Storage Sub-Systems/ data recovery/ volume manager/ IP-SAN etc;
5.Quality Assurance (test plan, test execution, debugging, test reporting);
6. As well as well-known open distributed filesystem ;
7.Experience in designing/building systems for performance, and performance tuning of existing storage systems;
8.Be proficient at TCP/IP networking facility
9.BSCS/BSEE(5+ years) or equivalent experience (MSCS/MSEE(3+ years) );
10.Acceptable oral/written English communication skill.
