Job Description:
- Be a member of Shanghai Management Team
- Be responsible for managing the testing department of Access Division of Shanghai R&D center, including department daily operation management, system validation of Access Products developed in Shanghai or other testing related projects management, schedule development.
- Coordinate with other department team heads and interface with senior levels of the Access world widely.
Requirements:

Job Description:
- Member of a team of hardware development engineers dedicated to development and sustaining.

Job Description:
Work within a team of test engineers that develop and execute requirements-driven manual test cases designed for system-level validation of the DWDM Optical Transport System. Responsibilities include the following:
- Setup of the test environment, design, coding, debugging and execution of manual test scripts in a new product development environment.
- Develop Test Plans that are formally reviewed and implemented.
- Report project status and document product defects discovered. Validate fixes of product defects when they are delivered from the Development team.
