Job title: Siebel CRM Solution leader
Capability: Applications Services – Siebel CRM
Location: China
• Build confidence with the client by demonstrating deep CRM know-how.
• Engage with the client to further our understanding of their business problem and inform our approaches to innovative solution design.
• Work with Sales and the client to quantify the client’s business case and spend envelope.
• Lead development of solutions which provide a compelling value proposition to the client and profitable growth for HP Enterprise Services.
• Engage a diverse network of skilled professionals across the HP BU, HP delivery organizations and partners to form a high-performing team; then lead the team to design and gain organizational commitment to a highly competitive solution – all within challenging and immovable timelines.
• Articulate to the client both the business value and the sound technical foundation of the solution.
• Provide leadership in creating Statements of Work/Statements of Service and be a key member of the team which negotiates these with the client.
The diverse range of solutions you lead will include pure build (systems integration), pure run (applications management) or a combination of the two.
Your strong foundation of commercial and leadership experience gained in a program management, service delivery leadership, a senior pre-sales or a senior Architectural role will allow you to direct the creation of commercially and technically sound solutions which also represent best value for the client. You will be effective procuring major solution components from partners as required.
To support continuing growth, you will be continually identifying and coaching more junior professionals who can step up into similar roles. Your successful performance, executive exposure and succession planning in this role will position you to progress your career into Sales, account management or a senior delivery role in the future; or to further your career internationally with HP.
Qualifications:
1. General Skills:
a. Solid Business background, especially in B-B, B-C, consumer package goods or retail industry.
b. Excellent communication skills, strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills. Strong both written and oral Chinese/English is a MUST
c. Good leadership skills.
d. Strong consulting and client relationship skills
e. Self-motivated, highly responsive and proactive, quick learner, good team player.
2. Technical Skills & experiences:
a. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM product implementation
b. Minimum 2 years of experience as CRM Business Analyst role in specific industry
c. Excellent knowledge on Siebel product functional features (on >7.0 product version)
d. Proven project management experience in leading team to implement medium to large size Siebel CRM Projects
