售前需要有5年左右的工作经验,主要从事数据中心电力电源的项目。
        销售需要有金融行业或者电信行业的客户销售经验,可以不是相关产品的销售,但是最好是硬件产品销售!

POSITION
Sales Engineer, North China

POSITION SUMMARY
The key role of the Sales Engineer is to be responsible for Pre-Sales Technical Support (80%) and After-Sales Technical Support (20%) in North China.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primarily responsible for sales support, including Internal Sales and Partner Sales.
• Devise Technical Proposals to customers and review the proposals for Channel Partners.
• Provides technical/product presentation to customers.
• Respond to customers’ technical queries and ensure product related technical issues are resolved up to customers’ satisfactions.
• Provides onsite technical support to customers.
• Responsible as a Road Show Speaker.
• Understand each and every Raritan product technically.
• Train partner technical teams on a regular basis on handling technical queries for all Raritan Products
• Show expertise in both installation and repairing of products whenever the need arises.
• Have direct access to end-customers, who will interact with him/her for any technical support queries.
• Liaise with partners’ technical team during every set-up process.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS  
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Network communication with more than 4 years of Sales Engineer and IT Support experience (preferably in Telecom/Finance manufactures/SI)
• Good knowledge of IP networks/communications and Windows/Linux servers. Familiar with a Data center Management(include Datacenter Facility knowledge;power management etc..).
•  Efficient in problem solving, and leadership to drive complete resolution.
•  Ability to learn new technologies quickly, enjoys challenges and adapts to changes.
•  Good team work spirit, good communication  and presentation skills.
•  Proficient in English.

•  Repair products whenever required

POSITION           
Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The key role of the Sales Manager is to establish and manage the business development, sales management strategies for major account in HQ China and support regional sales in key accounts, e.g. in major banks and telecom (60% of time) towards achieving short and long term business and financial objectives, and to increase sales and market share while maintaining the margin expectations of the region.

The Sales Manager is also responsible for the Southwest market (40% of time) to ensure Raritan Southwest region meets its business targets that are set during the development of the business and marketing plans.  

The Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining company values and integrity and ensure that all businesses conducted in China meet and exceed that required by Raritan and local law.  

This crucial role is pivotal to the success of Raritan China’s key account and Southwest China’s objectives and forms a strong, confident ‘conduit’ between the organisations business development efforts, the third party Partner organisations who promote/support the Raritan brand; and end-user customers who use Raritan equipment in ‘day to day’ I.T Operational environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•        The position is based in Beijing and reports to the Country Manager of China directly.
•        Responsible for developing and implementing annual biz plan in key account biz and Southwest market and responsible for sales & marketing, pricing and gross margin management;
•        Continue to penetrate to telco, bank and other key vertical by solution selling approach, and other markets as may be directed to from time to time by the Country Manager;
•        Develop and manage the relationship with mission critical partners for revenue growth.  Mission critical partners are those partners that are Raritan Strategic Partners and have made a commitment to sell and support Raritan solutions;
•        Liaise with regional key account to provide product and sales support.
•        Confidently articulate Raritan’s organisation value proposition to key customers.
•        Work closely with Channel Manager on all channel related matters.
•        Work closely with Regional sales, Channel partners, Product Management and Marketing teams to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing incremental business growth within the agreed geographical regions and/or pre-agreed accounts.
•        Actively manage the key account and southwest sales pipelines and ensure it’s accuracy and maximum efforts are made to close all reported sales opportunities from distributors & resellers.
o        Responsible for key account and Southwest’s coordination / communication
o        Conduct outside sales calls to prospective customers and site visits to existing customers
o        Analyze customers’ needs and recommends appropriate types of services, upgrades or additional services
o        Early identification of customers’ demands and sales trends of emerging (broad and communications) technologies to enhance our vision and solutions aimed at target market segments
o        Negotiate contracts with premiere organizations and business partners
•        Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organisation.  
•        Personally be involved in key account and Southwest sales campaigns and providing “deal making” guidance to all channel partners.
•        To develop and maintain partnership with key accounts.
•        To manage project, deal, and price with channel partners based on the company policies.
•        To develop and manage the relationship with mission critical end  users.
•        Deliver high level strategic customer presentations and proposals when required.
•        Ability to design and executive pre-agreed business plans.
•        Ability to meet and exceed pre-agreed business development sales objectives.
•        Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
•        Possess solid presentation skills.
•        Be success and team-oriented.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS  
•        Preferably a Degree in IT, Telecom, Economy/Marketing, Business or a related field.
•        The successful candidate should have a minimum 8 years of experience within an IT key account business role and / or technical business development environment with at least 3 years sales management experience in local government / carriers / finance industry (banks, insurance, security) / global ICT manufacturers / large sixe system integrators.
•        The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of key account business within an IT environment having operated in a similar capacity in an IT or related organization.
•        Understanding of IT Networking, Power, Management and/or related environments.
•        The candidate should also be well versed with the latest IT networking infrastructure technologies and trends.
•        Good performance record inkey account business.
•        Good relationship with local major IT integrators
•        Pleasant personality, result driven, high self-motivated and with good interpersonal skills and responsible.
•        Excellent organisation and communication skills as a team player.
•        A high level of energy, commitment, and passion for results; the ability to meet deadlines and handle numerous projects at once.
•        Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics.
•        Good command of spoken and written English.
