> 4 years


Required:
1、.NET Framework: CLI, Assemblies, Security, Class Libraries, Memory Management
2、ASP.NET + C#: OOP, Design Patterns, Frameworks, etc
3、Integration: SharePoint, Office, etc
4、MS SQL Server: Database + Integration Services + Reporting Services + Data Analysis Services + Notification Services + Replication Services, etc
5、Software Development Life Cycle: Waterfall, iterative, spiral, scrum, xp, etc
6、Software Design: UML
7、Business related: Retail is a plus


Participate in proposals：
1、Responsible for defining the software architecture (design patterns and overall structure of the application), making technology and implementation decisions, defining/tailoring the application framework and standards, and supporting engineers for difficult tasks

2、Able to propose innovative solutions to complex non-functional requirements. Able to identify and mitigate technical risks.
3、Experienced in performance tuning for complex or frequently-used application components.
4、Prevents rework due to compliance, performance or other technical issues.
