求救!!!!!
Looks like something wrong with your xfs (x font server). This is what I found from internet. May help.
telnet to the linux box and try the following...
--------------------------------------------------
Edit the file /etc/X11/XF86Config-4. Find the line that says:
FontPath "unix/:7100"
Now, ABOVE that line, add the following lines (which may vary depending on what font families you have installed):
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc/"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi/:unscaled"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/:unscaled"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc/"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi/"
FontPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi/"
FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/default/Type1/"
FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/ja/TrueType/"
That way X'll look to your DRIVE for fonts (also known as the
old-fashioned way), and not the friggin xfs. I figure if the xfs has any additional fonts to offer, it'll still be there to "serve"
You can test your X server by doing 'startx'. Should work now. |
