非root用户无法进入 XWindows

请问在redhat as3 中为什么非root用户无法进入 XWindows，如何解决？
错误提示:

Fatal server error:
PAM authentication failed, cannot start X server.
        Perhaps you do not have console ownership?

好像是说你系统尚没有次用户的文件夹
一般没给非root帐户都有一个独立的文件夹
还有一种可能是你在这个非root账户上出现错误也可能导致进不了xwindows我就遇到过这种情况！
我也不知道对不对哦！有错误请大家指出！

看看/etc/security/console.apps下有没有
xserver那个文件，如果没有，那就对了。
