一、系统支持工程师：
Qualification：
1、A Degree in Computer Science and a MCSE certificate a must
2、2 to 3 years proven successful proficiency in Windows 2000 environment is a must
Skills：
Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Advanced Server
Windows 2000 Active Directory
Windows 2000 DNS and Windows 2000 WINS
Microsoft Clustering
Microsoft Application Center 2000
MSDTC
MSMQ
Understanding of COM+ Objects
Trend Micro ServerProtect Virus protection
Site backup software (Veritas Backup Exec, Legato Networker, etc)
NetIQ monitoring software
Windows 2003 Automated Deployment Services
Site server hardware (including RAID and SAN implementation for W2K clustering)
二、UNIX支持工程师：
Qualification：
1、Bachelor of Engineering Computer, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2、At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Skills：
Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot on UNIX Operating System and Database.
Good knowledge and experience to handle the mission critical with cluster environment servers is a must.
Knowledge in Perl and csh / sh shell programming.
Good working knowledge with Unix platform and RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
Proficiency in English is a must and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively.
三、网络和语音技术支持工程师：
Qualification：
1、A Degree in Computer Science and one of CCNP/CCIP/CCDP certificate or greater (CCIE) is a must
2、2 to 3 years proven successful proficiency in Siemens PABX system and Cisco switching network environment is a must
Skills：
Practical experience in voice and IP network design (converged networks).
Experience with wireline and mobile voice carriers.
Experience in handling operation services in productive IT systems
Experience in managing client relations desirable.
Experience in managing service provider relations desirable.
Ability to install and troubleshoot Siemens PABX System and Cisco routers and switches.
Ability to install and troubleshoot general, Siemens PABX System and Cisco management solutions.
Good knowledge of network technologies and protocols as well as networking concepts.
Good knowledge of network troubleshooting including usage of analyzers etc.
Good team player and experience in cooperation at international working level.
Proficiency in English is a must. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and experience with online and traditional media savvy are required.
Good variety of general applications knowledge would be advantageous. |
