我有，光盘中文件为STAMP03R0U0（文件夹），INSTALL.SH文件，不知道如何安装？

1. Specific customization for parallel runs:
  

To set the number of processors a solver run will use, the user must set a
system dependent environment variable.
The following command lines show the C shell syntax and
Korn shell syntax (respectively) to use when setting
the variable to 2 processors:

setenv MP_SET_NUMTHREADS 2
export MP_SET_NUMTHREADS=2

By default, if the environment variable MP_SET_NUMTHREADS is not defined
the solver will start in Shared memory parallel run with all processors active.
To set up the mono processing set the number of processors equal to 1
  


2. Notes:
  
Here below environment variables that it is recommended to set in order to
get the best performances with the parallel versions on IRIX 6.4 and 6.5
setenv OMP_DYNAMIC FALSE
setenv MPC_GANG OFF
setenv _DSM_VERBOSE
setenv _DSM_PPM 2
setenv _DSM_PLACEMENT ROUND_ROBIN
setenv _DSM_BARRIER FOP

The last environment variable is not applicable on Octane machines.

按道理运行install.sh就对了，不过如果是应用程序，应该还要安装license之类的，这应该是科研的软件吧。有ReadMe的，看看吧，那些是运行过程中要设置的环境变量。

是不是必须在用光盘安装，我在windows环境中将光盘内所有文件拷贝出来，上传到SGI工作站中安装可以不可以？

当然可以，只不过你不能改变文件的大小写和文件属性。

或者你能知道文件的属性，比如是否可执行？或者你可以从Linux下上传可能效果更好些，如果是ISO9660的光盘，用Linux就和用IRIX没有区别。
