Global Application Support Analyst Shanghai

Qualifications:
· Three to four years programming experience with the AS/400, RPG, and CL. Proven ability to program and debug with these technologies. (Most complex)
· Five plus years required technical and functional experience with PeopleSoft WorldSoftware and/or EnterpriseOne business systems showing the ability to successfully troubleshoot these areas.
· Excellent customer service skills and customer service orientation; strong communication skills, particularly over the phone; strong time management skills.
· University degree (4 -5 years) or equivalent degree.
· Strong command of the English language - verbal and written.
