求助关于vxvm的问题？

各位好，遇到一个VXVM的问题，
环境是两台HPUX小型机    两台光纤交换机  两台HP EVA4400 阵列，多路径连接。

在HPUX上用VXVM做lun的镜像，下面是查询命令，其中c6t0d1 最后提示 online failing ，请问是什么问题，需要怎么解决啊？

如果你确认盘没有问题，清一下disk的flag就行。
