JAVA E-commerce TL
1、6+ years java experiences
2、Hava current experience in e-commerce project, prefer -- skilled in websphere development(OR experienced in ATG, Hybris, Demandware, …etc. )
3、Solid development background (scripting and compiled)
4、Lead web development projects/ teams
5、Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English


WebSphere APM（websphere Commerce is a MUST!）
•        8+ years experiences
•        Steeped in 5+ years of web architectures and development that could cover, but not limited to:
        o        Solid experience in at least one popular eCommerce platform (IBM Websphere, ATG, Hybris, Demandware, …etc. )
        o        eCommerce end-to-end implementation experience
        o        CMS
        o        Mobile channels
        o        Web analytics
        o        UX
        o        Agile/ Scrum development
        o        Web Services
        o        MVC
•        Solid development background (scripting and compiled)
•        Sound strategic thinking for digital businesses
•        Flexible in picking up new technologies
•        Gathering and developing functional requirements
•        Lead web development projects/ teams
•        Work with executive level professionals to drive business results. Hence excellent communication is a must have.
•        Familiarity with enterprise environments (eg. .NET/ Java) is a plus
•        Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English

职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、英语或日语，精通其一；
3、
SSE，至少3年total IT经验，其中至少最近两年siebel开发经验；
TL，至少5年total IT经验，其中至少最近3年siebel经验，有一定团队管理经验，口语熟练；
APM，至少7年total IT经验，其中至少最近3~4年siebel经验，有项目管理经验，口语流利
