一个数据库监控脚本，要求：
db.sh db2,db2,db3 path

1) The script will accept the parameters(db_name and path) at the run time and takes the decision on how to run. If the proper arguments are not supplied, it will print the help message.

2) It will accept the database name as a parameter on which the report needs to be run.

3) It changes to the working directory as specified where all the reports will be stored. If the working directory is not provided, it will store all the outputs in the current directory.

4) If the option to stop is required, the process will search for all instances of the script running under the current instance and stop them.
