--- Senior Java J2EE Software Engineer ---
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation, testing and support of complex, large-scale networking management system with distributed architecture.
Preparing the functional specification and developing system software through design, development and integration tests.
Working with QA and support team to assist in system rollout and customer/sales supports.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years' post-qualification software development experience.

--- Senior RF Test Engineer, DVT---
Responsibilities
• Conceive test processes, develop test plans, and execute plans and document results for:
o RF aspects of the products and potentially communications and regulatory compliance
o Surge protection for outdoor products
• Define processes and procedures for RF testing tasks, developing RF test strategies
• Work closely with Hardware Engineering to draft and review test plans (everything in English).
• Proficient in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data processing for designs with familiarity of RF and antenna product optimizations for new designs
• Check RF engineering drawings, perform design reviews, and review test reports to provide recommendations
• Execute RF and antenna relevant tests effectively and efficiently according to the test plans and requests from internal and external customers
• Coordinate activities of the RF engineers based in HQ and local engineers as required.
• Support applications and tests for certifications and regulatory
• Select local test facilities and supervise their work.
• Purchase and set up test equipment as needed to support testing.

Qualifications
1. 8-10 years of experience as an RF design and / or Test Engineer in a relevant field.
2. Understanding of hardware test methodologies, including development of test cases/suites, performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of RF and antenna technologies, including familiarity to communications applications using such technologies.
4. Extensive test and troubleshooting experience in a research and development environment.
5. Strong debug skills with RF platforms, including RF components, circuits, and devices. Wireless LAN design experience is preferred.
6. Understanding of RF and antenna testing methodologies, including familiarity with RF calibration approaches, RF test platforms, etc.
7. Strong experience in writing product test plans and reports.
8. Strong relationships with local environmental and compliance test labs.
9. Knowledge and experience with international RF, EMI and Safety regulatory requirements is desired.
10. Working knowledge on digital design approaches a plus with emphasis on industry standard interfaces such as PCI-Express, USB, DDR, RGMII/SGMII.

• Support QA manager to develop test schedule, resource and lab planning;

--- QA Performance Testing Engineer ---
We are looking for one experienced performance test engineers to join our NMS (network management system) test team. The successful candidates will participate in validation of a sophisticated network management system for wireless products. The main duties include
Design test plan, test schema and figure out the networking topology, define the test points according to performance requirement.
develop test cases based on PRD , performance specs and test plan
configure test network and test equipment according to scaling environment
execute test cases and report software defects
work with software developers to debug the defects and to validate the bug fixes
assess test progress and software release readiness
support to solve customer escalation issues
Qualifications:
1. College graduates with a Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields. A master degree is a plus
