Job Title 1: Video Application Engineer
Location: Hangzhou/Hefei
As a senior video software engineer, you will participate in the research and development of the next generation of Cisco / Webex multimedia communication system. You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team of scientists and engineers to develop software for video compression, video pre-/post-processing, and video transmission over IP networks. You will gain expertise in state-of-the-art H.264 SVC based video solution.

Job Responsibilities:
-Analyzing and shaping the direction of advanced video coding tools and video transmission techniques to ensure the best video quality.
-Study and design advanced algorithms for H.264 SVC based error resilient video communication system,
-Design and implement channel coding and adaptation strategy to ensure video service quality in real network.
-Implement video processing module, including video capturing, video rendering, video pre-/post-processing, video com postion etc.
-Join a team to create an advanced video testing framework for video quality evaluation and video software testing,
-Participate fully in the entire product development cycle, from algorithmic development, software implementation, software testing and customer support,
-Interact with various groups in the company to deliver compelling software product to customers.

Position Requirements:
-PhD or Master in Computer Science or Mathematics Science or Electronic & Information Science.
-Proficient in C/C++.
-Experience in multimedia applications, preferably more than 3 years.
-Experience with multiple development environments (Windows, Linux, Unix, and Mac).
-Teamworker with excellent communication skills and match at least 2 of below requirements:
-Experience in video streaming related field, familiar with RTP/RTCP/RTSP, HTTP
-Experience in video transmission over IP network: error resilient encoding, FEC, error concealment.
-Familiar with any of the following compression and media formats is a plus: H.261, H.263, H.264, MPEG-1/2/4, or AVS.
-Experience in video capturing and rendering, familiar with GDI, Direct draw, good understanding on direct show framework.
-Solid background in network field, including network programming, network simulation, especially experience in congestion control and qos.



Job Title 2: Senior Video Codec Algorithm Engineer
Location: Hangzhou/Hefei
Job Responsibilities:

- Experience in multimedia applications, preferrably more than 3 years.
- Experience in H.264 / AVC encoding algorithm optimization: motion estimation, mode decision, rate control
- Experience in video transmission over IP network: error resilient encoding, FEC, error concealment
- Exposure or work with any of the following compression and media formats is a plus: H.261, H.263, MPEG-1/2/4, or AVS.
- Proficient in C/C++, Matlab, Perl.
- Experience with multiple development environments (Windows, Linux, Unix, and Mac).
- Teamworker with excellent communication skills

Position Requirements 2:
- PhD or Master in Computer Science or Mathematics Science or Electronic & Information Science.
- Experience in multimedia applications, preferrably more than 3 years.
- Experience in H.264 / AVC encoding algorithm optimization: motion estimation, mode decision, rate control
- Experience in image processing and screen texture analysis.
- Exposure or work with any of the following compression and media formats is a plus: H.261, H.263, MPEG-1/2/4, or AVS.
- Proficient in C/C++, Matlab, Perl.
- Teamworker with excellent communication skills

Position Requirements 3:
- Master in Computer Science or Mathematics Science or Electronic & Information Science.
- Experience in multimedia applications, preferrably more than 5 years.
- Exposure or work with any of the following compression and media formats is a plus: H.261, H.263, H.264 / AVC, MPEG-1/2/4, or AVS.
- Experiences on MMX, SSE, SSE2 optimization
-Proficient in C/C++, Matlab, Perl.
- Experience with multiple development environments (WinXP, Linux, Unix, and Mac).
- Experience with multi-threading
