请教：关于Tlist

安装TagList后，在vim中使用TlistOpen,报错：
Taglist: Failed to generate tags for /home/users/xywang/public_html/idn_config/cgi-bin/index.cgi
/usr/local/bin/ctags: unrecognized option `--format=2'^@^ITry `/usr/local/bin/ctags --help' for a complete list of options.^@
Press ENTER or type command to continue
右侧可以看见Tlist窗口，但是里边是空的

在vim中使用：
:echo system(Tlist_Ctags_Cmd . ' --version')

显示：
ctags (GNU Emacs 21.1-p2)
Copyright (C) 1996 Free Software Foundation, Inc. and Ken Arnold                                                     
This program is distributed under the same terms as Emacs

在vim中使用：
:echo Tlist_Ctags_Cmd

显示：
/usr/local/bin/ctags

在linux命令行中使用：
which ctags

显示：
/usr/local/bin/ctags

请问我的问题出在那里？谢谢各位大侠
