Perform the administrative activities for:
-Unix system administration (AIX, Linux, Windows)
-IBM power system and JS blade series -storage system administration (DS4000 DS5000 DS8000)
-Backup system (TSM, NetBackup) hardware (TS3310, TS3584) -Monitor software (TPC ITM Omnibus)

-Operation
1. Manage power server system including IBM p520, p595, bladecenter, PowerVM, and others related products.
2. Monitor - Monitors system performance and capacity, and reports changes in usage.
3. Capacity planning - Forecasts system demand, recommends upgrades, expansion, and reconfiguration.
4. Change management - adding, change, delete, resource management, backups and file restores.
5. Perfomance management - Performs daily OS & Storage & backup administration
6. Incident managent - Troubleshoots hardware and software problems.

1. Join domain Add 8000 clients to Lenovo domain to implement the account cosolidate management. - SME
2. VMware virtulization platform there are 20 physical machines and 200 virtual clients in this envirment. Arch & SME
