Career Opportunity：
Role Title: IT - System Administrator
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Guangzhou
Role Purpose：
Provide IT technical support to JLT China offices (Guangzhou, Beijing & Shanghai).
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities：
1. Maintain, monitor and implement the Regional Standards on desktop, servers, virus protection, standard operating procedures, computer security, DR procedures;
2. Maintain, monitor and implement the connectivity of MS Exchange services, Antivirus, AntiSPAM, other IT service and Internet;
3. Maintain, monitor and implement local area network and wide area network;
4. Ensure that the Data of the production servers are properly backup to tapes and offsite accordingly;
5. Ensure that all activities are performed within Company Procedures Manual Guideline and IT Security Policy;
6. Provide 1st Level IT support to all China office staff which includes standard productivity software and customized application on desktop, office equipment like printer, fax machine, copier and phone; Train and guide the staff on IT system and software;
7. Maintain and carry out Disaster Recovery(DR) exercise for business; Work with Hong Kong IT staff to complete DR exercise regularly.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. 2 to 3 years working experience in similar role
2. Graduate with a good degree in Computer Science or related discipline
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English
