Responsibilities:


·         Conduct requirements and design workshops

·         Demonstrate prototype to Business and IT teams

·         End-to-end solution design including Salesforce, integration and data migration

·         Develop integration mapping documents

·         Develops Proof of Concepts for customers on the force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and the Declarative programming tools, overall architecture approach for all layers of a solution.

·         Ensure solution and best practices consistency

·         Evaluate or provide expertise in third-party/partner solutions

·         Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues

·         Expert in the art of matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of salesforce.com, including data model, role hierarchy, sharing and security model

·         Assist program manager and test manager in project and test planning

·         Review designs for security, reliability, scalability, and performance


Experience/Skills Required:


·         5+ yrs of IT experience, 2+ years of experience in Salesforce

·         Completion of several salesforce.com integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles

·         End-to-end salesforce implementation experience

·         At least 2+ implementations

·         Extensive experience in Salesforce, Integrations and Data Migration

·         Hands-on and able to code in APEX, Visualforce, Triggers

·         Ability to define and deliver standard and custom Salesforce.com enterprise applications.

·         Superior understanding of on-demand capabilities and architectures

·         Must have the ability to make decisions and recommendations on technology strategies.

·         Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
