请教 茫茫的/dev/dsk 中哪个才是我的分区?

我是在虚拟机上安装的系统.
虚拟机有一块硬盘.
安装的时候在硬盘里分了一个区,作为根池.
比如 20 g 分了个 10 G 出来,剩余 10 g .

装完系统以后,想再利用剩余的 10 g .
打开系统的 /dev/dsk 看了一下,好家伙, 七大姑八大姨的什么都有.
都是指向device 下的连接, 有些还是占座的, device 下根本没有那个链接指向的东西.

在linux 操作系统下 如果给  sdc 分区会出现 sdc0 , sdc1 ... 这样的分区.
solaris 下怎么没分区就出来这么多?

给剩余的10个g 用format 分一个区以后也不知道到底在系统里怎么找到那个分区.

而且不是说 slice 组多可以有8 个么, 怎么可以看到 16 个, 新版本扩展了?

本人菜鸟的很,请高手指点一二.

我的虚拟机里只有1个硬盘,1个光驱.
硬盘也只给根池分了一个区.

我现在搞不太清楚 /dev/dsk 下面怎么这么多东西.

我是和 redhat linux 对比着看这些东西的.

linux 里只有分一个区以后才会出现那个分区, 这个我没分过区就出来这么多,不知道这些是怎么回事.

另外 cdrom@2,0:q , cdrom@2,0:k .. 这些应该是属于光驱的, 怎么一个光驱会有这么多 :a :b :c 的东西也看不懂.


我找到的资料只有说 c 代表什么 t 代表什么 s代表什么 p 代表什么 .
可是按照资料说的因该只有 一个光驱 和一个硬盘的名字.
不懂现在 /dev/dsk 下面怎么这么多.


高手有资料给复制一段看一下,或者给大概讲解一下.

我本身不是从事操作系统相关的工作的.
只是比较喜欢solaris 这个系统. 因为它是个unix 系统,而且能装在普通的电脑上.
这些让人感觉比较亲民, 不像其他的unix要花几十上百万才能在里面敲个命令.

现在装在虚拟机上体验一下,但是很多很基础的东西却找不到说明.
能找到的总是什么unix 的光荣发展历史,要么就是很高级的操作说明.

偏偏就是这些材料都不屑一顾的东西我搞不懂.
希望高手能给讲解一下.

如果知道怎么回事还请赐教一二, 本人菜的很, 就是想知道这些设备 a b c d 的怎么会有这么多,而不是solaris 10 说的最多8 个.
另外还想找到一个盘fdisk 出一个分区以后哪个才是新划分出的分区.
虚拟机上就一个磁盘, 目前只划分了一半的磁盘容量做rpool 的分区, 剩下的一半再划个分区出来就不知道该怎么确定哪个才是新划分出来的分区了.
