rx8640 cpu deconf的疑问

客户两台rx8640 一台机器看到两个CPU deconf 但是在MP卡下看到CPU正常 ？ 是硬件问题 还是软件问题，求助各位大侠！！！！

客户不可能蛋疼到去把CPU disconfig了吧？打电话给HP了 明晚直接换 马上要出保了 换个新的也不错。

如果是系统自己diconfig掉的，基本上是坏的，系统应该也是自己重启过了，在保的就赶紧换了吧。
