Role Description
• Communicate with customers to understand the business requirements, design technical solution and implement the requirements with high quality.
• Troubleshooting in technology domain.
• Act as a consultant, proactively identify/provide technology solutions to meet or exceed expectations.

• 与客户深入沟通，理解业务需求。制定技术方案，高质量地实现客户需求
• 解决技术难题
• 做为技术顾问，主动地发现和提供技术及标准解决方案，达到或超过客户期望         
                                 
Position Requirements:        Technical and Professional Skills Requirements
• 4y+ experience in C#/.NET programming
• Advanced Programmer or above skills
• Talent and passionate in technology
• Extremely sharp hands on development experience with a very strong technical background
• Expert ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design and coding problems
• Solid understanding of OOA, OOD, OOP, design patterns and ORM etc
• Solid experience in multi-threaded design and programming
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Familiar with automate testing
• Familiar with Continuous Integration (Maven, Cruise Control, etc…)
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.
• Be comfortable with working with people at all levels.

职业和技术要求
• 4年以上核心C#/.NET开发经验
• 高级程序员或以上开发能力
• 技术能力超强并热衷于技术
• 敏锐的开发实践经验，深厚的技术功底
• 专家级的分析和解决问题的能力，包括复杂设计和复杂编程
• 对架构设计模式、程序设计模式、OOA、OOD、OOP有深入理解
• 丰富的多线程设计和编程经验
• 英语听说读写流利
• 熟悉自动化测试
• 熟悉Maven, Cruise Control等集成开发工具
• 具备高效的团队工作和独自工作能力
• 乐于沟通、善于沟通
                               
Additional Notes:        Desirable Skills
• Database fundamentals (SQL, logical data modeling, physical database design, database tuning)
• Message-driven system design (JMS, MQ, TIBCO)
• C++ and Java programming skills
• Programming experience under Unix/Linux platforms
• Experience or knowledge in finance domain is preferred
