Job Title: Messaging Services Software Engineer

Job Description: :  Join a new project to explore new architecture for messaging related services enabled by emergence of XML and Unicode standards. This position is for a software developer to adapt commercial industry workloads to take advantage of proposed XML technologies and to validate the functionality and performance of the proposed technologies.

Responsibilities: The developer will perform software integration of proposed new Internet / XML methods with existing enterprise applications to determine value and usefulness of the new data types and operations.  The developer will define and implement software usage models for the Internet data types. The developers will evaluate performance and functionality of new data types and methods, by adding new functionality to commercial industry applications.  The developer will provide analysis of benefits in commercial applications by using the new internet types and operations and using performance gathering tools and techniques.  

Skills Required: The development position requires the following skills:
·         Software development experience in developing with JAVA, C# ,C++, C level programming on x86 Architecture, running Linux or Windows.
·         Experience in software perfermance tuning, testing, and integration with low level services. (such as runtime support library (CRT), string.h, etc, middleware library, etc).
·         Experience with middleware software used in managed runtime frameworks is desired.
·         Experience with disciplined software development from concept development through deployment.
·         Strong technical communication via software prototype, written and verbal communication skills.
·         MS degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.

Job Description:                                               
Qualified candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the design, implementation and test of network processor tools products. This development team is responsible for development and integration of assemblers, debuggers, simulators, tools for architectural modelling, compilers and GUI front end tools, all constituents of an Integrated Development Environment for supporting the Intel network processor range. The responsibilities will include agreeing and setting the technical direction for the team, planning the team&&s activities, tracking and reporting progress, coaching and mentoring individual team members in addition to participating in design, implementation and test activities yourself. Skills required include solid experience as a software development team lead and/or test team lead in an embedded or Windows development environment, thorough understanding and experience of formal software methodologies, experience in C/C++ programming and in some or all of the following: real time embedded OS&&s, Windows GUI development, automated test environments and scripting (Perl). MSCS, MSEE, or equivalent required.
