Job Title1： Quality Engineering Manager （工作地点：苏州）

Join the Cisco Platform team to help build and deliver Jabber IM server for Cisco WebEx Connect product and Cisco Identity platform and Identity as a service in the cloud environment. The team is part of the Cisco’s Cloud Collaboration Applications Technology Group (CCATG).
The mission of the team is to build a platform (XCP) for low-latency messaging and presence application through its implementation of the eXtensive Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) and a common Identity platform that provides identity as a service.  The XCP and Identity platforms are utilized by Cisco WebEx, Cisco WebEx Connect and Quad products.  The platforms are also used by other Cisco internal products and groups.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit, manage, mentor and develop a talented high performing team;
• Lead the QA team on developing test strategies, plans and test automation that cover various product areas for a complex integrated system/environment;
• Provide leadership & technical guidance to the QA team, mentor and motivate staff by instilling creativity, positivity, and teamwork;
• Work with engineers, team leads and mangers to help developing innovative testing solutions with respect to functionality, regression, performance, scalability, and reliability for a complex integrated system/environment
• Provide testing effort, prioritize assignments as well as to plan implementations;
• Track and communicate project QA status effectively to all stakeholders including product development; engineering, QA and other cross functional Engineering and QA groups based in China, Santa Clara and Denver in the US.

Qualifications & Experience:
• BS/MS in Computer Science and 3+ years of experience in leading Engineering and/or quality teams and 5 years of experience working as a QA Engineer；
• Experience in and strong understanding of Quality and Quality Assurance methodologies and practices；
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment with a solid track record of delivering quality products on schedule；
• Experience implementing/working with a test automation framework for a large complex integrated system/environment；
• Expertise in QA processes, test strategy development, and test plan /test case creation；
• Understanding and testing of APIs and application protocol (HTTP, SIP, XMPP, etc.) is a big plus；
• Knowledge of identity management such as authentication, authorization, access control, Single Sign On, LDAP, LDAP schema and LDAP servers is a big plus；
• Performance test concept and experience are desirable；
• Excellent risk management and time management skills；
• Strong verbal and written communication skills；
• Ability to work when the job requires off-hours to work with remote teams.


Job Title 2: Web Manager (工作地点：苏州）

Job Description:
Cisco WebEx is the market leader in web collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior software engineer to take ownership and deliver leading edge software in world class cloud collaboration products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing web applications for Collaboration related projects that may include any of the following tasks.
•Requirement analysis, architecture design and implementation of specific features.
•Create both frontend and backend web applications, even for mobile devices.
•Work with QA team and fix related issues or defects.
•Design and write automation scripts. Document automated environment set-up, testing, and results reporting.

Skills requirement:
•The ideal candidate should possess broad software development knowledge for web applications
•Good experience in designing and implementing enterprise web applications with high performance, scalability and availability.
•Mastering one or more of the web application development languages is a must.
•rogramming experience in scripting (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and compiled languages (Java, data structure exposure in object oriented programming is a plus).
•Familiarity with HTTP, XMPP, TCPIP protocols.
•Familiarity with JQuery, Oracle, MySQL, OOP is a big plus
•Hands-on experience with web application containers (Apache, WebLogic, Tomcat, Ngix), Java IDEs (Eclipse), protocol sniffers, web frontend debugging tools (Firebug, YSlow, Pagespeed, Httpanalyzer/Httpwatch)
•Good understanding and experience on different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Safari) and OS (UNIX, Android, Apple iOS and Windows).
•Experience on Automating test systems is a plus
•Good software / network debugging skills.
•Ability to work cross-functionally. Motivated self-learner and strong team player who can work without close supervision.
•Strong communication skills (written, presentation and oral).

Experience & Education:
Typically requires MS/ME in EE/CS combined with 7-9 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 8-11+ yrs related experience.
