Principal Responsibilities

· Communicate with business to understand their requirements and work with them closely to ensure that their requirements are met

· Organize cross team discussion to understand requirement details and which applications will be involved

· Collect L0 estimation and arrange for pre-funding if needed

· Chase funding approval with business sponsor

· Follow up NWO (New Work Order) approval in system to make sure it’s in right status based on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process

· Communicate with business and technology team to establish plans and priorities, deploy appropriate resources to ensure achievement of objectives

· Leverage SQA to make sure all project management processes and deliverables are meet Citi’s  standard

· As PM, complete Project Management Plan, Cutover Plan and Project Review Report based on SDLC template

· Chase with business for all signoff (BRD, FS, UAT, Cutover, etc) to make sure the deliverables are on time and meet the criteria

· Make Risk / Issue management plan for project

· Conduct regular project meeting and distribute regular report (weekly and monthly) to key stakeholders

· Maintain the TeamSite as a sharing point to all team members to upload project documents

· Leverage testing team to conduct SIT

· Attend daily defect call for SIT and UAT

· Analyze planned cost and actual usage (PlanView) to find the issue and take action on time

· Be owner, coordinate all cutover activities (collect cutover task, complete cutover check list, walk-thru cutover details with APPC and ITO team, raise RFC, hold a meeting to make smoothly cutover, etc.)

· Collect feedback from business for project management and complete Lesson Leanings















Job Specifications

Qualification & Experience



Qualification:  Bachelor Degree or above   

Working Experience: 3-6 years for IT and 3+ for Project Management

                                 The PM experience for financial institute and for international environment

                                 is preferred

· Excellent English, especially fluent oral English

· Effective communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

· Good bank / card business knowledge

· Open mind and quick learning skills

· Effective presentation skills

· Good financial management and analysis skills

· Effective skills for issue handling and problem solving

· Can manage project with no surprise approach

· Team working spirit

· Good discipline and willing to follow relative processes
