职位名称一、Principal /Senior QA engineer

Job Description:
Responsible for design, development, documentation and analysis of development branch testing
processes and test suites at BRS/Datadomain platform SW team.
Required Skills：
1、Familiar with x86 architecture and has hands-on x86 system testing experience
2、Experienced with Linux or UNIX OS administration and troubleshooting
3、Knowledgeable in software testing methodologies, automation test development, test management and test harness
4、Proficient script programming skills in one or more of the areas: perl, Shell, Ruby, PHP + mysql
5、Good communication, problem solving and planning skills
6、B.S./M.S. in computer science (or related majors)
7、Firmware (BIOS/ACPI/BMC/IPMI) and Storage system knowledge is a plus

职位名称二、Principal /Senior QA engineer

Responsibilities：
1、Participate in reviews of product features requirements, functional specs and design documents; identify missing testability features and drive their implementation by working closely with feature developers and leads
2、Responsible for owning feature sets from Test Planning / Strategy through test execution and automation
3、Responsible for Designing, writing and automating new tests; may be asked to update existing tests (automated and/or manual)
4、Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, integration and system testing at a black box and white box level Analyze test run results and report bugs

Required Skills：
1、Hands-on experience implementing test automation framework that integrates homegrown and Open Source automation tools.
2、Hands-on experience with multiple Operating Systems (Solaris, HPUX, AIX, and Linux) administration highly desirable.
3、Programming experience in shell script, C/C++, Perl, TCL, Python, or Java is preferred
4、Experience in functional test, integration test and system validation and verification
5、Understanding of storage usage in virtualization environments (VMware ESX, Xen, HyperV)
6、Attention to details
7、Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
8、Bachelor or Master抯 degree in Computer Science or related fields with 4+ years of experience in a hands-on QA role

Desirable Skills
1、Knowledge and passion for solid software quality assurance engineering practices, release processes and project life cycles
2、Work experience on clustered SAN/NAS products would be an added advantage.
3、Team player, high energy, positive attitude , ability to work with peers in the US
4、B.S. Computer Science or equivalent; MS preferred.

Job Description     
In this highly visible role you will be testing with all the latest storage technology.     

Required Skills：  
1、Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows system concepts, Replication and file system access protocols.   
2、Experience in systems troubleshooting and integration   
3、Responsible for architecting and implementing test strategy   
4、Develop test plan for new products/features.   
5、Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members   
6、Test automation - Ruby, Perl   
7、Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)   
8、Experience with Storage technologies (NAS/SAN/RAID/SAS/HDD etc.) is plus  
9、Knowledgeable of data storage concepts -Backup, Nearline and Archive is plus   
10、Experience working with one or more backup applications a plus.
