RHEL6.1 定制发行版

我想基于RHEl6.1制作自己的发行版
将光盘挂载后，目录结构为
EFI                    RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-beta
EULA                 RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release
GPL                   ResilientStorage
HighAvailability    ScalableFileSystem
LoadBalancer      Server
Packages           TRANS.TBL
isolinux              media.repo
repodata            images

我增加了几个自己做的包，并且在Packages目录下使用‘createrepo -g ../repodata/comps-server.xml -s sha256 -d -o ../’
重新生成了repodata，制作成镜像，安装前半部分进行的很顺利，但是在进行依赖包检查时
提示
The file %s cannot be opened.  This is due to a missing file, a corrupt package or corrupt media.  Please verify your installation source.
If you exit, your system will be left in an inconsistent state that will likely require reinstallation.

就安装错误进行不下去了

哪位大侠帮忙指点一下，
或者大家都是怎么做的RHEL6.0以上的发行版啊
本人初学，还望各位指教
