Job description
- Perform Remote hardware technical support in customer accounts
- Remote Support daily operation of customer’s systems in p-series,i-series or x-series platform, including SAN and attached I/O
- Assists on-site engineer and provide necessary support when needed
- Prepare documentation for review report and activity planning
- Responsible for developing positive relationships with customer to ensure a high level of overall customer satisfaction
Required Skill :
• Diploma or above in Engineering / Computing Science or related disciplines
• At least two years IBM product hardware maintenance experience.
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills and able to work independently
• CATE and Linux OS experience is prefered
• Knowledge of IBM pure systems,NGP, new storage(xiv,v7000..)is prefered
• Fluent in both written and oral Mandarin and english
• Good presentation and communications skills with customer focus
• Self-initiative and result oriented
• Team-work spirit is must
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in IBM product hardware maintenance experience
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
Preferred
At least 2 years experience in CATE and Linux OS experience
At least 2 years experience in Knowledge of IBM pure systems,NGP, new storage(xiv,v7000..)
