万兆卡不支持设置速率和双工。

已经解决了，是插线插错了，竟然把光纤插到了HBA卡的模块上！将光纤插到10G卡就行了呵呵。

rhel 5.3  网卡是千兆网卡，上连到交换机，交换机端口设置为千兆，交换机和服务器网卡灯都不亮，交换机这个端口设置为百兆，两边的灯都亮了，为何呢？
请教。

@forx86先检查网线.千兆要求8根线全通.
网线没有问题,检查两端的速度设定,以及双工设置

应该一开始用命令ethtool或mii-tool检查一下eth6/7的链路层是否有问题，你接线不对的话就能知道了~:wink:

这么个结果。不应该是网线的问题。换过网线。
