我是symantec中国研发中心的员工，由于部门发展很快，目前北京和成都研发中心都有部分职位空缺。
公司工作氛围宽松，管理人性化，薪酬和福利有竞争力。现面向软件行业两年以上工作经验从业者进行招聘。
总的说来，软件开发职位一般要求计算机相关专业毕业，两年以上大型软件开发经验，精通C/C++或Java。
软件测试职位需要熟悉自动化测试流程和软件发布流程，有2年以上大型软件测试经验，能熟练使用Perl等脚本语言。
