He/she will obey the current process to design, develop, review       for commitment and deliver on time.     The candidate also needs to join       in the lifecycle of software process, do design review, code reviews,       documentation review on product logic flow, and also be responsible to       improve test process in test automation development if required.
Qualifications	Should have proficient knowledge       in one coding language programming, especially Perl language and UNIX       shell programming; strong experience in development under one or multi       UNIX platforms (AIX/Solaris/Linux/HP-UX).     Have strong understanding on one       or more of Linux/Solaris/HP-UX/AIX platforms.     Must be action oriented, should       have the capability to take challenging tasks with innovative solutions.     Should have the capability to       take actions under high pressure and deliver the commitments on time       with high enthusiasm.     Have skilled communication on       both oral/hearing/handwriting in English/Chinese.     Have quick learning skill and be       able to adapt to new domains smoothly.     Bachelor or higher degree is       required, M. •        Conducting internal penetration tests on Symantec's Portfolio of 300+ products.
•        Compiling findings of penetration test into formal report to be used by product team to advance product security.
•        Formally educating local Symantec teams on best quality assurance and engineering security practices.
•        Act as a security lead and point-of-contact for the Chengdu office. Provide guidance and answer questions as necessary.
•        Keep up-to-date with current tools, security practices and techniques.

Qualifications        
•        Candidate should have 3+ years of professional penetration test experience.
•        Candidate should have a BS or equivelent in computer science.
•        Candidate should be comfortable with manual and automated(i.e. Cenzic or Wireshark) test tools.
•        Candidate should have excellent written and good verbal english skills for writing penetration test reports and discussing results with the security team.
•        Candidate should have external certification(i.e. CISSP, CEH or CEP)

•        Participate in problem solving, developing code fixes, and providing timely resolution to customer reported problems in various areas of the VERITAS Volume Manager product.
•        Interface closely with global technical support, core engineering development teams, and QA teams with the primary intent of making the product more supportable and deliver high quality solutions.

Qualifications        
•        BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree.
•        At least 2 years of experience in working in the Unix/Linux kernel and system software domain.
•        Very good understanding of operating system internals and device drivers is a must.
•        Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell and C Programming is a must.
•        Proficiency in application and kernel level debugging is desired.
•        Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills are required.
•        Prior experience in STORAGE Domain(RAID, Fiber Channel, Volume Management) is preferable.
•        Knowledge of multiple Unix/Linux platforms - Solaris, AIX, Linux, HP-UX would be a plus.
•        Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
•        Candidate must be capable of solving complex problems, be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment emphasizing team work.
