Job Description
Provide technical support for Ericsson Package Core/OSS and BSS products and solution, i.e.Sun/HP server, EMC/SUN storage， Router/Switch, SGSN, GGSN etc.
To provide support according to established ericsson service support process and their particular service support type. On-site hardware and software to complete the Ericsson system integration equipment for measurement , Service provisioning ,network expansion, upgrade. Such as, Ericsson software / 3PP software (symantec/vmware/SAP).
Onsite support, troubleshooting, implementation and rollout
Coordinate resources to solve the problem of site engineering legacy
Complete other tasks assigned by project manager and project leaders.
Working areas: OSS/BSS、Packet core、IP etc.
This position is based in Jinan, and will require significant travel.

工作描述：
提供爱立信的核心网/ OSS和BSS产品和解决方案的技术支持，例如，SUN/HP服务器, EMC/SUN存储，路由器/交换机，SGSN ，GGSN等。
根据现有的爱立信服务支持流程和特定的服务支持类型提供支持，完成爱立信系统集成设备的现场软,硬件调测, 开通, 割接. 网络扩容、升级。 比如，爱立信或第三方软件(symantec/vmware/SAP)
现场支持，故障排除，实施和部署。
协调各种资源，解决现场工程遗留问题。
完成项目经理或项目leader安排的其它工作。
工作领域： OSS/BSS、Packet core、IP等。
办公室在济南，需要经常出差。

Qualification
At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 years IT working experiences, preferable with System integration or Database development experience
Solaris/Redhat/SUSE/windows server installation , configuration , debugging and troubleshooting.
for pro-active system availability and performance management.
Use , management of familiar mainstream database systems , such as : Oracle or MySQL, etc. Proficiency in the use of SQL language.
Familiar with common Active Directory, Windows AD or Openldap priority.
Excellent communication skills, fluent English both on writing and oral presentation. Knowledge share and transfer with colleagues
Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
任职资格：
通信工程，计算机科学，电子工程相关专业，本科以上学历。
1年以上IT工作经验，最好有系统集成或数据库开发经验。
熟悉Solaris / Redhat / SUSE / Windows服务器的安装、配置、调试和故障排除。
熟悉主流的数据库的使用和管理，如：Oracle或MySQL 可以熟练使用SQL语句。
熟悉常见的活动目录工具，如Windows AD或OpenLDAP。
优秀的沟通技巧，良好的英语写作和流利的口语交流。与其他同事知识分享。
自我激励，有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神。
